An example of one program offered at Royal Roads University includes the flexible admissions program. Applicants who do not have the formal academic education to qualify for admission may be assessed on the basis of both their formal education and their informal learning, in accordance with the Flexible Admission Policy at Royal Roads University. This includes applicants with a complex learning history and for whom documenting their learning is either difficult or complex.
