Royal Roads University currently has mentoring, counselling, peer support, affinity groups, academic support programs or other programs in place to support under-represented groups on campus.

Royal Roads University is committed to accommodating the needs of self-identified students with documented disabilities by making all reasonable efforts to create a barrier- free learning experience. The University will work towards meeting the needs of each student with a documented disability by adapting services and instruction where appropriate, while maintaining the high quality of education that is characteristic of Royal Roads University


A brief description of the programs sponsored by the institution to support under-represented groups within the faculty:

Royal Roads University currently has mentoring, counselling, peer support, affinity groups, academic support programs or other programs in place to support under-represented groups on campus.

Also available to all regular employees is access to the Royal Roads University Employee & Family Assistance Program (Interlock), which is a confidential counselling service for employees and their dependants. An on-campus recreation centre allows staff to purchase a discounted membership
