1)HR conducts "The Great Colleges to Work For" cultural assessment on an annual basis and findings are used to improve the employment experience at the college. 2)HR formed a Compensation Committee to assess and develop a comprehensive strategy for fair, consistent, up-to-date and equitable compensation structures. 3)The required course, Environmental Science ES300, conducts the assessment and sustainbability culture assessment.

HR assessed and then implemented a comprehensive strategy action plan for fair, consistent, up-to-date and equitable compensation structures.

HR conducts the Chronicle for Higher Education's "Great Colleges to Work For" assessment in alignment with goals in the SUSTAINING THE PROMISE STRATEGIC PLAN.

A brief description of how the assessment results are shared with the campus community:

The assessment results of the compensation assessment were shared across the campus community and resulted in pay increases for many who were found to be underpaid according to the standards.

The results are shared with the campus community via the President's annual Fall address to the college community, reports to the Management Council and to the Board of Trustees.
