Has the institution adopted a framework for community stakeholder engagement in governance, strategy and operations?:
Yes

A brief description of the policies and procedures that ensure community stakeholder engagement is applied systematically and regularly across the institution’s activities:

The College has a community advisory board consisting of representatives of four community agencies to help guide the community engagement component of the core curriculum. This group meets at least twice a year to help shape policy and procedures. The College has implemented memos of understanding (MOUs) at the request and advice of our community advisory board that articulate the nature of all collaborative educational partnerships to ensure parity.

A brief description of how the institution identifies and engages community stakeholders, including any vulnerable or underrepresented groups:

The College has an extensive database that is coordinated and updated each semester. Agencies that serve the poor and marginalized populations are at the heart of the College’s mission and community outreach. All school partners are Title I schools. MOUs include a narrative to identify, describe, and articulate the needs and/or risks associated with vulnerable populations served by the agencies.
