A brief description of how the employee educators are selected (1st program):

The CEJS BrownBag series is a lunch time event (4 lunches per year) where CEJS faculty fellows present their research to other SU faculty and staff. The CEJS faculty fellowship program supports scholarly research by faculty in all disciplines on topics related to environmental justice or sustainability. A brief description of the formal training that the employee educators receive (1st program):

CEJS fellows meet quarterly to discuss the progress of their research projects and presentations. They each present at a Brown Bag lunch to educate SU staff and faculty on the topic of their research and raise awareness of current research in the field of environmental justice and sustainability. Speakers are asked to prepare a 30-45 min. presentation.
