A brief description of programs, policies, infrastructure investments, outreach efforts, and/or other factors that contributed to the diversion rate for construction and demolition waste:

Construction projects are required by contract to use C&D recycling independent of any effort towards a ranking in a rating system.

Any LEED certified building project is tracked to increase diversion rate. Most building projects are done by vendors. We have meetings with contractors concerning diversion rates.

We offer recycling and composting for construction workers in their break areas so that they can properly dispose of their own waste.
