New Green Team members are introduced to the group, receive an overview of Sheridan's sustainability initiatives and the Office for Sustainability, and receive information about how the meetings are structured. There is also a mailing list for each campus' Green Teams where each member received meeting notes and agenda.

The Green Team meets once a month to share their ideas on how to raise awareness about sustainability in their own group and the Sheridan community. The Sustainability Coordinator sets up and facilitates the meeting and provides support as needed.
