A brief description of the institution’s workplace health and safety initiatives:

We have several safety programs in place at SFU including Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry, Indoor Air Quality, Biosafety, Chemical Safety, etc. Our webpage (www.sfu.ca/srs/ehs) provides details on these programs. A new initiative in 2013 was the development of SFU's Workplace Bullying & Harassment Program.
