AVI Fresh offers vegan and vegetarian options on a regular basis in Boozel Dining Hall, which is open to all students, faculty, staff, and the public.
Food specials in Boozel dining hall include meatless grill specials and meatless options on the Homestyles platform on a weekly basis, at least one day per week.
