They do have a no kill policy. They also encourage all types of wildlife free roaming. Currently adding owl nesting boxes. They have other nesting boxes as well. They also use geese manure from sidewalks as fertilizer.
There are plenty of native species of animals on the grounds such as: coyotes, eagles, hawks, falcons, owls, seasonal migratory birds, bats, foxes, and plenty of rabbits.
