Yes

A brief description of the metering system:

Metering upgrades to both chilled water and electricity are currently underway in order to improve the building-level monitoring of energy use. The new metering systems will allow for more detailed analysis of energy use by logging consumption and other details every 15 minutes to a database for permanent storage.
