A brief description of the guidelines for franchisees:

Chartwells is St.John's food vendor. They implement strong sustainabily policies such as enforcing a sustainable seafood policy where the types of seafood purchased is always "ocean friendly". The suppliers for poultry are required to follow policies stated by the Environmental Defense Fund. Also coffee purchased is sustainable certified coffee.
