Storm water management for new construction is developed and maintained per New York Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) guidelines.

A portion of the roof on the new Science Center is a green roof and rainwater collection of the new green house. The new Town House project includes bioswales.

Other rainwater management practices include bioretention ponds at: RAC, Science Center, Soccer fields and various parking lots.
