The faculty, in conjunction with the Board of Trustees, have decided to look at faculty workload and benefits. They have been charged by the Board of Trustees and the President to conduct a study of the workload & compensation of fulltime Sterling College faculty.

After this survey results are tabulated, the Workload & Compensation Task Force will make recommendations to the President based upon benchmarked goals from a cohort of other colleges that are similar in size and mission.
