A brief description of the program(s):
Stetson GREEN is a new “Constellation of Excellence” designed to increase linkages between Departments (both academic and administrative) to foster interdisciplinary scholarship on environmental issues, particularly those related to sustainability. This year, we designed a series of curricular activities, such as campus and community-based research projects and off-campus service experiences, and public events, such as a panel discussion and movie series, around the theme of water sustainability.

At this point, most of the incentive for faculty members who participate in the programs is greater collaboration with colleagues and the community.
