Sodexo: committed to all of the expertise that makes us a leader in Quality of Daily Life Solutions to Stetson’s success. Specifically, a vital respect underlying every part of our service to students and community is constantly in the minds of nearly everyone-sustainability. Sodexo's Commitment to Sustainability Efforts to Stetson University:
Carbon intensity will be reduced. Water intensity will be reduced. We will develop and promote health and wellness solutions. We will provide and promote varied and balanced food options. We will source local, seasonal or sustainably grown and raised products. We will promote choices with reduced sugar, salt, and fats. We will increase sourcing of products from fairly and responsibly certified sources. We will source sustainable fish and seafood. We will source and promote sustainable equipment and supplies. We will reduce or generation of organic waste. We will reduce non organic waste generated at our sites and in our operations. We will ensure compliance with a Global Sustainable Supply Chain of Conduct. We will support local community development. We will fight hunger and malnutrition by engaging the entire Sodexo community-employees, customers, clients, and suppliers.
