During procurement of materials, we focus on regionally available materials. During construction, we follow LEED/Sustainability requirements for construction waste management and indoor air quality."

A project manager on SU Facilities staff (Director or Associate Director of Facilities) is assigned to every construction project. This project manager works with the construction company to ensure that the above guidelines are met.
