There are three professional offices, one in student life, one in Human Resources and one in Academic Affairs. The professional who works in Student Affairs provides programs, speakers, workshops etc. for students. The professional in Human Resources handles employee training and education and the faculty professional focuses on classroom pedagogy across disciplines.

We have an online training platform that has coursework in discrimination, diversity awareness, gender equity and sensitivity awareness. Additional seminars, speakers and workshops have been held on racism, microaggressions, and a diversity dialogue.
