We administered the engagement survey through Gallup’s Q12 assessment. The survey was sent to all staff and faculty. The response rate was 62%.


A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

The results are shared at all levels of leadership (including the Board of Trustees). Training is provided to leaders to hold state of the team conversations and make commitments to improve engagement. Departments with low scores partner with Senior Leaders and Human Resources in improve engagement.
