A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome :
A novel alternative to digging a series of wells for ground source heat pumps was to tap the College's nearby underground chilled water loop thereby accomplishing the same capacity as a heat sink without the expense and disturbance that drilling wells would have required.
