Does the institution have a trayless dining program in which trays are removed from or not available in dining halls?:
A brief description of the trayless dining program:
Starting in 2008, trays were only used for placing dishes on the conveyer/dirty dish retrieval system. Structural/mechanical limitations required that the trays be present. The trays are rarely used but are still available for those who may need them. The benefits are twofold--1)They reduce the amount of food eaten 2) Less water is used due to the small amount of trays used.
