1. TTU Multicultural Affairs Office exists to provide support for the personal, cultural, social and academic growth and development of students from underrepresented ethnic populations.
2. TTU’s Diversity and Legal Affairs Office oversees the implementation and compliance of the university’s policies and procedures regarding employment, discrimination and harassment.

Tennessee Tech University requires all employees to participate in Title VI training every calendar year. Title VI was enacted as part of the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964. It prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance.
