Does the institution have a trayless dining program in which trays are removed from or not available in dining halls?:
Yes

A brief description of the trayless dining program:

Beginning this fall 2011 in the Sbisa Dining Hall we are serving trayless meals every Tuesday while we review its impact on food waste, water usage, cost and labor. During this time we will have a booth set up to answer questions about the program and explain its benefits. After we verify its feasibility and positive impact, we plan for it to become a completely trayless dining facility in the fall of 2012. Exception will be made for people with special needs requesting trays.
