A brief description of the pre-consumer food waste composting program:

We contract with a recycling and composting facility in the local community as part of our program. In our facilities kitchen staff are encouraged to dispose of pre-consumer compostable waste in designated receptacles. In addition, our staff segregates certain pre-consumer food scraps which are collected by a firm that converts them into alternative fuel sources.
