Yes

A brief description of the snow and ice removal program, policy, or practice:

Although our climate is temperate and warm, we do have freeze spells which cause us to address ice problems. We use sand, instead of harsh salts, which give good traction on ice and we remove it after ice melts to prevent sediment entering drains. All exposed irrigation lines are covered with removable insulated foam to prevent pipes from cracking. Dump trucks and sweepers minimize snow and ice on streets by applying and removing sand accordingly; keeping the streets safe and sanitary.
