Expected rules of conduct have been incorporated into the The New School's Terms and Conditions, integral to each Purchase Order. Therefore, all such expectations are formally conveyed and legally enforceable as part of a contract. Failure to comply with stated standards can be grounds for termination of a single transaction or the vendor relationship entirely.
