Does the institution have an employee assistance or wellness program that provides counseling, referral, and well-being services to employees?:
Yes

A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:

Wellness programs and Work-Life resources help faculty and staff find a healthy and manageable balance between work and personal life. Employees are most productive when they have achieved a balance in their responsibilities--both in and out of the job--as well as successfully meeting their health and wellness goals.

The university offers a variety of free wellness programs. For additional details, please refer to the training calendar.

Our Employee Assistance Program, provided through Employee Assistance Program Consortium (EAPC), offers free and confidential counseling sessions and/or referrals on a range of issues, including family matters, stress, drug abuse, depression, issues of personal growth and transition, and crisis management.
