TRU does not meet the criteria for this credit. While there is a committee responsible for advising on investments, advising on social and environmental responsible investments are not one of their duties.
Presently investments are almost exclusively bonds.
TRU’s new Investment Objectives Policy deals with acceptable risk through requirements on diversification. It addresses this through upper limits upon specific investment types. The policy does not have any provisions for socially or environmentally responsible investments.
