Does the institution donate leftover or surplus food?:
A brief description of the food donation program:
The university does its best to ensure there is little or no surplus food. Leftover produce is used in other meal components, leftover cooked food is reused the next day, and the university donates canned goods and surplus food before a holiday break or other occasion.
