A brief description of the IPM plan(s) :
We contract for our pest control services with the following Scope: “Provide labor, material, supplies and equipment necessary to perform professional Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for the control and/or elimination of all pests with all building and in designated areas in and around the Towson University campus.” The contract includes bedbug identification and treatment, termite, bird and wildlife control. Regular 3x weekly inspections are to include use of insect monitoring traps, identification of insect and rodent harborages and entry points, treatment where necessary with appropriate gel baits, insect growth regulators, traps and monitors, exterior bait stations, fly lights, exclusion, etc.
