There are secure and covered locations on campus for bikers to store their bikes. Showers are available for use in the Beck Center.

There are racks or places to lock up bikes near all residence halls, and there is a centrally located, covered area.

The University is active in the development of bike friendly streets in the neighborhood, particularly with Phase 3 of the Legacy Trail.

Bikes are available for loan to Transylvania students, faculty, and staff at no cost. They can be checked out from the campus center with the use of a university ID. The program allows for daily checkout, weekly, and semester checkout.

The University is a Bronze certified University, making it just one of 127 certified colleges or universities in the country.
