Does the institution have a student-run enterprise, such as a cafe, through which students gain sustainable business skills?:

A brief description of the enterprise:

The Bike Co-op is open to any Kirksville residents, though it mostly consists of Truman students. It runs a bike repair shop which is usually open 12-4 pm on weekdays while the university is in session, and fewer, irregular hours when it is not in session. Anyone can take their bike there to be fixed; the idea is that people learn to fix their own bikes there (i.e., it is not a shop where you drop off your bike to be fixed, you take part in fixing the bike). The Bike Co-op also periodically orders bike parts and accessories from a wholesale supplier, and individuals can order such items through the co-op. The co-op is supported by the university in that it is a recognized student organization and can hire scholarship workers (under the Department of Health and Exercise Science) and use the workshop; in addition it earns some revenue through a markup on orders and through voluntary donations.
