Does the institution have sustainability-themed housing (residential floor or hall, or theme house) where residents learn about sustainability together and to which residents must apply?:
Yes

A brief description of the themed housing:

Until summer 2011, students applied through a competitive process to live in the sustainability-themed "Eco-Cottage."
The Eco-cottage had a solar panel and a wind turbine. Residents applied to the director of residence life and the sustainability coordinator explaining how they plan to engage in sustainable living and model such to other students.
The TerraHaus built during the 2011 houses ten students -- chosen by general lottery -- and requires that they be familiar with the energy performance of the building, able to communicate such to other students and visitors, and commit to sustainability practices in their residence. Residents will work closely with the sustainability office, res. life staff, and faculty to study and model sustainable living themes.
