There are opportunities for staff to feedback via the staff wellbeing advisor and staff wellbeing seminars that take place throughout the year.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation (including examples from the previous three years):

A comprehensive 5 year staff wellbeing plan 2012-2017 was developed following the 2012 survey and implemented. The staff wellbeing agenda features in UCC overall strategic plan 2017-2022.
