The students academic accomplishments are overseen by Shannon Donovan. She acts as their faculty advisor. They are supervised and their work on the garden is monitored by Paula Williams, Sustainability Director, as their work supervisor.

The students have weekly meetings lasting between 1.5 to 2 hours with the work supervisor where their past week's work is reviewed and problems that have come up are discussed, as well as possible solutions to the problems.

A faculty advisor and work supervisor have been provided as staff. The Office of Sustainability has donated $300 to supplies for the garden.
