CARE FOR OUR AIR
http://www.sustainability.ualberta.ca/Projects/CareForOurAir.aspx

Care for Our Air is a vehicle idling reduction awareness and education program that started in 2008. There is permanent signage installed across campus reminding drivers to limit their vehicle idling.

During the 2010/11 Care for Our Air Campaign, the Office of Sustainability rolled out a series of advertisements (online, electronic billboard and print) to remind drivers about the benefits of reducing vehicle idling and to provide them with tips on how to do this during the cold months.

Most recently, campus sustainability volunteers began gathering information about vehicle idling hot spots. This information was used to frame a larger campaign for 2011/12.
