A brief description of the program, policy, or practice:
Transgendered and transitioning students are welcome in residence and Residence Services accommodates their special needs as best as possible. When beginning their online application to residence, applicants are encouraged to contact Residence Services if they have any “personal concerns resulting from a minority identity (sexual, racial, or other)”. Accommodation is made on a case by case basis, and will depend on the needs of the student.
