A brief description of the purchasing behavior:

NORTH CAMPUS
All napkins used by University Dining Services in retail and residential dining services areas are made from 100 per cent recycled paper. The napkins are purchased on an as needed basis from our approved supplier. Expressnap dispensers are used, which only allow one napkin to be dispensed at a time, further reducing waste.

AUGUSTANA CAMPUS
Augustana campus orders eight cases of recycled napkins every three to four months which are available across the cafeteria.
