A brief description of the institution’s investment disclosure practices:
The University of Arizona Foundation discloses its assets in annual reports, endowment reports, and 990 Federal Tax forms. Most of the Foundation's investments in mutual funds and limited liability companies are based upon the premise that they will not be subject to disclose all of their respect holdings such as individual company stocks managed on behalf of the University of Arizona.
