The voting membership of the Campus Council (highest governing body) consists of the chair of the Faculty Senate, the vice chair of the Faculty Senate, the Associated Student Government president, the president pro tempre of the Student Senate, the chair of the Staff Senate, vice chair of the Staff Senate, 16 additional faculty representatives who are voting members of the Faculty Senate, 16 additional student representatives who are voting members of the Student Senate, 16 additional staff representatives who are voting members of the Staff Senate and administration representatives including the dean of students, the dean of each college or school, and the dean/director of the University of Arkansas libraries.
