UC Davis pays prevailing wages in accordance with job type and classification.

The compensation and classification unit reviews wages/salaries on a regular basis. All employees are paid minimum wage or higher.

There are thirteen collective bargaining units (CBUs) at UC Davis with wages being a component part of every contract that is subject to negotiations with the respective unions.
