The State of California has much mor stringent regulations regarding the notification of potential exposure from chemical wastes, material use and off-gassing, EH&S regularly monitors atmospheric and water quality to ensure safety. The campus is pursuing green cleaning and purchasing policies,


A brief description of how the institution safely disposes of hazardous, universal, and non-regulated chemical waste:

Waste management is the collection, transport, processing, recycling or disposal of waste materials. Our Waste Management program help the campus manage hazardous chemical, radioactive, medical and other wastes safely and legally. EH&S offers online Waste Pickup Services where you can request pickup of hazardous, biohazardous or radioactive waste.
