An export of all research reported in UCF's Office or Research and Commercialization was used to determine total UCF research efforts and sustainability research efforts. In order to capture sustainability research, sustainability search terms were utilized and indicated. That subset was further reviewed to determine applicability by the STARS liaison. Research for the fiscal year 2016 was reported. Filters were utilized to prevent counting researchers or departments more than once. Only Principal Investigators and Co-Investigators were included. Only explicit academic departments were included; centers were excluded.
