No

A brief description of the policies and/or guidelines to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources:
---

Has the institution completed an inventory of significant air emissions from stationary campus sources or else verified that no such emissions are produced?:
Yes

Weight of the following categories of air emissions from stationary sources::
Weight of Emissions
Nitrogen oxides (NOx) 16.74 Tons
Sulfur oxides (SOx) 0 Tons
Carbon monoxide (CO) 114 Tons
Particulate matter (PM) 0 Tons
Ozone (O3) 0 Tons
Lead (Pb) 0 Tons
Hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) 0 Tons
Ozone-depleting compounds (ODCs) 0 Tons
Other standard categories of air emissions identified in permits and/or regulations 12.32 Tons

A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:

The University of Central Florida (UCF) was issued permit 0950015-012-AO on June 23, 2016, for a natural gas-fired 5,500 kW Mitsubishi engine and generator (EU 004). The test was conducted in accordance with the test protocol submitted on behalf of UCF on October 12, 2016, and was observed by representatives of the Orange County Environmental Protection Division (EPD).

In summary, a third party servicer attached their equipment to the stack. Three one hour runs under full load were measured. During those three runs, the exhaust from the engine was sampled and a visual emissions test was performed. The figures reported to STARS are averages of the three runs (lb/hr data was converted to ton/yr).
