A brief description of the program:
UCB LEED policy prescribes the use of local construction materials for MR Credit 5: Regional Materials. Examples of materials used in campus construction and renovation includes the following materials: asphalt, brick, concrete, sheathing for waterproofing, dry wall, landscaping materials, rebar, sandstone, sitework, structural steel, and windows.
