1. The Wedding and Event Planning Certification includes sustainability.
The online course, Going Green: Green Weddings and Green Business Practices. The LWPI Green Wedding Planning course teaches the planner everything needed to help clients make the decisions that lead to a better world for all of us. This course teaches how to "green" everything from invitations and attire to locations and decorations.
2. Special Topics in Curriculum - Knapsack Institute. As our nation becomes increasingly diverse, it is imperative to have the understanding and resources to effectively navigate discussions about diversity and inequality in the classroom and workplace. The Knapsack Institute is designed for individuals at the beginning to intermediate stages of this journey, as well as those seeking to refresh their approach and embrace intersectional strategies. This year the theme of climate justice has been added as a major focus.

The Graduate Certificate in Diversity, Social Justice and Inclusion is an innovative, comprehensive and relevant certificate program geared for individuals interested in the advancement of diversity, social justice and inclusion. This nationally accredited, university-backed program benefits those who are seeking the advanced skills, knowledge and strategies to implement diversity-oriented pedagogy, programs, practices and policies that can be applied in educational, community, corporate and public settings. Participants do not need to be students at the University to pursue the certificate.
