A brief description of the mentoring relationship and activities:

Through participation in the Georgia Campus Sustainability Network (GCSN) and the Southeastern Campus Sustainability Network (SCSN), UGA's Office of Sustainability engages in informal mentoring with peer institutions. Peer institutions in Georgia (and sometimes in the Southeast) often reach out for advice, looking to UGA as an example for their institution's new sustainability initiatives. For example, Kevin Kirsche visited the University of North Georgia on November 8, 2017 to serve as inaugural presenter to their newly established Staff/Faculty Sustainability Committee and Student Sustainability Club to help them develop a vision and road map for how to proceed.
