UI Housing and Dining Services use heart-healthy soybean oil.

In addition, the UChoose program encourages diners to make healthy choices. An item marked with the UChoose apple meets one or more of the following criteria:

Less than 10% of calories from saturated fat
Zero trans-fat
Low Calories
Low Sodium
