A brief description of the institution’s investment disclosure practices:
The University of Iowa publishes a list of investments to its website on a quarterly basis. The University subject to public records law, and makes information available to the public upon request. Investment decisions are made by the Board of Regents, which publishes investment reports on its website on a quarterly basis, and agenda items may be commented upon by the public. Note that the University does not vote proxies – proxy voting is delegated to individual investment fund managers.
The University of Iowa Foundation publishes performance and provides a written summary of performance quarterly. http://www.uifoundation.org/about/accountability/
