The Annual Diversity Plan Assessment for Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education Committee on Equal Opportunities 2012-2013 through 2013-2014. This report represents a reflection of many diversity programs, services and activities that contribute to institutional well-being. This submission contains data analyses and narrative relating to student enrollment and student success, workforce utilization, and campus climate initiatives and best practices. The assessment sets forth objectives consistent with the UK Strategic Plan Goal IV: Enhance and Nurture Diversity.
